Returns

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ShopCreativeFibers.com)  

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase.  Your order is prepared with care however sometimes errors occur.
Should you receive an order with an error, simply give us a call at 860 687-9931 or (toll free) 866 669-9276, and we will do our best to fix the problem.

Our Return/Exchange Policy:

  • Shopcreativefibers.com accepts returns/exchanges on full priced yarn that has not been used and is in the original packaging. 
  • Returns must be received within sixty (60) days of the date on your sales slip.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All sale items are final sale.  Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • All non-yarn purchases which include books, magazines, patterns, and other items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns on special orders are not accepted.
  • Shopcreativefibers.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the merchandise returned is not in its original condition or outside the sixty (60) day return period.
  • Contact Customer Service for availability of items if you would like an exchange. 
  • Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as Shopcreativefibers.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by Shopcreativefibers.com.

Shipping

We strive to ship within 1-2 business days* pending availability and credit card authorization.  We do our best to ship within this timeframe, but please feel free to call if you need faster shipping options.

*Holidays excluded.

Customer Service will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.

Standard Shipping Rates are as follows:

  • Single Leaflet Patterns - $3.00 flat fee
  • Otherwise, purchases under $75 - $7 flat fee.
  • Over $75.00 ships free.

Tax

Orders shipped within Connecticut will be charged sales tax on the purchase amount as well as the shipping amount.

Privacy

Shopcreativefibers.com collects personal information when you make purchases such as your name, email address, mailing address, billing address and credit card information.
 
We will not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or any company except under the following circumstances:

  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims
