It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Your order is prepared with care however sometimes errors occur.

Our Return/Exchange Policy:
- Shopcreativefibers.com accepts returns/exchanges on full priced yarn that has not been used and is in the original packaging.
- Returns must be received within sixty (60) days of the date on your sales slip.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All sale items are final sale. Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
- All non-yarn purchases which include books, magazines, patterns, and other items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Returns on special orders are not accepted.
- Shopcreativefibers.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the merchandise returned is not in its original condition or outside the sixty (60) day return period.
- Contact Customer Service for availability of items if you would like an exchange.
- Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as Shopcreativefibers.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by Shopcreativefibers.com.

Standard Shipping Rates are as follows:
- Single Leaflet Patterns - $3.00 flat fee
- Otherwise, purchases under $75 - $7 flat fee.
- Over $75.00 ships free.
Orders shipped within Connecticut will be charged sales tax on the purchase amount as well as the shipping amount.
